English: At sea aboard USS Preble (Feb. 24, 2003) -- Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Tito Alvarez (acting Landing Signalman Enlisted) directs a commercial Bell 4 helicopter into landing position aboard USS Preble (DDG 88). The helicopter is transferring civilian contractors to the guided missile destroyer, which is undergoing weapons trials after being commissioned Nov. 9, 2002.
