He was Greek, because his surname in greek meading "a man that lives many years". Information from English Wikipedia: The bulgarian name of village (Prosenik) comes from the medieval Greek language (Prosenikion). Also, the term is offensive and generally implies a non-Greek origin. BILL1 (беседа) 18:11, 16 септември 2019 (UTC)[отговор]

The name is a norman Bulgarian name. Prosenik of course is a Bulgarian word as was the village - although Greek in national orientation - as stated. -- Алиса Селезньова (беседа) 18:42, 16 септември 2019 (UTC)[отговор]

His surname was Greek: Includes 3 words "Hatzis", "Panta" "Zo". The word "Hatzis" is very common to the Greek surnames (you can read about Greek journalist Nikos Hatzinikolaou to the English Wikipedia, and about Greek actor Nikos Hatzihristou to the Bulgarian Wikipedia. The word "Panta", means at greek "always" and the word "zo" means "live". So Hatzipantazis is the "Hatzi" man that live always, for many years. The surname at bulgarian "Hatzipantaziev" is the Greek surname with the bukgarian ending "ev" (for women "eva") Also, I do not said that the word "Prosenik" is Greek. The word is bulgarian, but comes from the medieval Greek language, from the words "pros" and "niki" that mean "to" and "victory". The village has this name from the year 1320, because there was a Greek-Bulgarian figth. Greeks won. So you can see that the village was Greek, as Greek was the revolutioner Hatzipantazis and his wife, Hatzipantazi. 10:32, 17 септември 2019 (UTC)

I am sorry, the name of actor is "Hatzihristos" BILL1 (беседа) 10:35, 17 септември 2019 (UTC)[отговор]

This is coplete and utter nonsence - half of the Bulgarians have Greek names - as has the guy you are talking to. Hatzi is Хаджи and comes from Hajj. Prosenik is [1] and it comes from просо. --Бабрадов (беседа) 10:49, 17 септември 2019 (UTC)[отговор]
Analogical case to Σπύρος Παρασκευαΐδης. --Протогер (беседа) 11:39, 17 септември 2019 (UTC)[отговор]
