She was Greek, because her surname in greek meading "a woman that lives many years". Information from English Wikipedia: The bulgarian name of village (Prosenik) comes from the medieval Greek language (Prosenikion). I am curious what you sources are for her being Grecoman and not simply Greek. In this case specifically, her name is undeniably Greek (even the Bulgarianised "Хаджипантазиева" is visibly Greek in origin) and the sources in the article are the same as those in the Greek article.
