Сексуа́лен сади́зъм e особеност (не задължително патологическа или девиантна) на половото влечение, при която сексуалното удовлетворяване е свързано с причиняването на болка или страдания на партньора или партньорката, или с морално, психологическо унижение на партньора или партньорката, или с отношения на господство и подчинение.

Терминът произхожда от фамилията на френския писател маркиз Дьо Сад, използвал сцени на сексуално насилие в своето творчество.

Доколкото покрай садизма съществува и допълващия го мазохизъм, е възникнало и движението БДСМ и, съответно, абревиатурата.
