Русский: Раскрашенная литография «Кульминация правления Александра I: маршал Мармон вручает ключи от Парижа российскому императору». Справа французы, слева союзники: русские, австрийцы и богемцы. Со шляпой в руке наполеоновский в полупоклоне французский маршал Мармон, униженно просящий победителей о гуманном обращении с Парижем.
Подпись: «19-го марта 1814 г. крыши парижских предместий утопали в пороховом дыму. Русские и австрийские колонны при поддержке батального огня полевой артиллерии шли на штурм укреплений Монмартра. Забаррикадировавшись в домах, жители Парижа с содроганием слушали долетавшее с поля сражения ужасное "ура" "диких азиатов", которых на официальных плакатах изображали не иначе, как заросшими шерстью чудищами с кинжалами в зубах и окровавленными ручищами. Вечером все было кончено. Храбрые, но неумелые защитники Парижа в беспорядке отступали, оставив в руках победителей Монмартрские высоты (на которые первыми ворвались русские гренадеры Барклая), более тысячи пленных и 126 орудий. "Кровавые" потери сторон в тот день были велики: 4 тыс. у французов и 8 400 чел. - у союзников). На закате раненый маршал Мармон прибыл в ставку наблюдавшего за штурмом императора Александра I и вручил ему ключи от города со словами: "Сир, умоляю вас пощадить Париж!" Париж сдавался без условий».

Le 19 Mars 1814, les toits de la banlieue parisienne disparaissent dans la fumée des canons. Des colonnes russes et autrichiennes progressent avec le soutien de l'artillerie vers les fortifications de Montmartre où se sont barricadés des habitants de Paris. Dans la soirée, tout était fini. Braves mais inexpérimentés, les défenseurs se replient en désordre, laissant entre les mains des vainqueurs plus d'un millier de prisonniers et 126 canons. Les pertes ont été importantes : 4.000 Français et de 8.400 alliés. Le maréchal Marmont blessé remet à Alexandre 1er les clés de la ville avec ces mots : "Sire, je vous prie d'épargner Paris". Paris se rendit sans conditions.

  • in the case of of architecture erected in a country of the Union or other artistic works incorporated in a building or other structure located in a country of the Union, the country of origin shall be that country,
  • in the case of other works if the author is a national of a country of the Union¹, the country of origin shall be that country.

¹ - Author who is not a national of a country of the Union but who has his habitual residence in a country of the Union, be assimilated to national of that country.

The exclusive rights to this work do not extend on territory of the Russian Federation according to article 1256 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (details), because this work does not meet the requirements on the territory of publication, on the author's nationality, and on obligations for international treaties.
