English: Flag of town Tsivilsk (Chuvash Republic), Russhia.
Русский: Флаг города Цивильска (республика Чувашия).

Желтое (золотистое) полотнище с соотношением сторон 2:3, имеющее зеленую полосу вдоль нижнего края, занимающую 3/19 от ширины полотнища, и несущее посередине изображение вырастающего из зеленой полосы красного, с зеленой листвой и черными кряжами, стилизованного геральдического дуба.

Герб и флаг Цивильска утверждены 29.05.2002 главным герольдмейстером России Г.В.Вилинбаховым и внесены в Государственный геральдический Регистр Российской Федерации за №№ 965 и 966.
