Ян Саудек (роден на 13 май 1935 г. в Прага, Чехословакия) е чешки фотограф.

Най-известните му творби са ръчно оцветените картини на измислени светове, често населени с голи или полуголи фигури, заобиколени от голи хоросани стени или нарисувани екрани, често повтаряйки идентични елементи (например облачно небе или изглед към Карловия мост в Прага). С тези си качества те наподобяват студийните и таблоидни работи на еротичните фотографи от средата на 19 век, както и работите на художника Балтюс, както и на Бернар Фукон. Първите му артистични фотографии са характерни с пресъздаването на детството. По-късно неговите работи често представят еволюцията от дете към възрастен (рефотографирайки същите композиции със същите субекти, в период на много години). Религиозните мотиви и двусмислието между мъж и жена също са сред повторно появяващите се теми на Ян Саудек. През 90-те години на 20 век неговите творби са били обект на опити за цензура на Запад.

Саудек живее и работи в Прага. Неговият брат също е творец и е най-известният чешки графичен новелист.
