Requests for the bot flag should be made on this page. This wiki allows global bots and automatic approval of certain types of bots as defined by the standard bot policy (but otherwise does not use the standard policy).

For other bots, community approval of at least 3 positive votes is needed. Contrary to other wikis, the practice in Bulgarian Wikipedia is to allow bot operators to freely demonstrate their abilities before and during the voting procedure. Applicants are asked to perform a reasonable minimum of 100 edits, less than one edit per minute, before they make their bot status request here.

Even though it says I can edit during my request I have turned my bot off because I am close to 1000 edits and no one has commented one way or the other on my bot. I still do wish the flag but I think you have enough test edits to judge now. -Djsasso 13:12, 27 февруари 2009 (UTC)

Not having made a thorough research, I have several critical remarks to the bot operator. I suppose that this deleted disambigue could have been rather replaced with the existing target article? Similar story here, even worse because of messing the musical band and the fictional place. Why was this interwiki deleted? And this one? →Спири 14:07, 18 март 2009 (UTC)

As is talked about on my main talk page, there was a bug in the pywikipedia bot code which is/was removing disambigs when it should not have been (the last two examples it mistakenly removed because both pages are not marked as disambig, some wikis mark surname articles as disambig an others do not, as far as the other examples it was removing the disambig pages because it was in automatic mode and could not tell on its own which the target article would have been, so it should not have removed any at all). I have since stopped removing interwikis in autonomous until it is fixed unless I am in manual mode so that this never happens.
