I have uploaded a map of the provinces in Bulgarian at Image:Angola provinces bulgarian.png on commons. I won't put it here, since I don't know Bulgarian and I don't know if it's accurate - I only used the list here. I am the author of the original map. If there are any problems, please contact me.
