Хорас Анди (на английски: Horace Andy, роден Хорас Хайндс, на английски: Horace Hinds, на 19 февруари 1951 в Allman Town, Кингстън, Ямайка),[1] е руутс реге (roots reggae) текстописец и певец, станал популярен със забележителния си глас и с хитове като „Government Land“, „You Are My Angel“, „Skylarking“ и кавъра на песента „Ain't No Sunshine“.
