Мишел Вебер е белгийски философ, роден в Брюксел, Белгия през 1963 г.

Известен е най-вече като последовател и защитник на философията на Алфред Норт Уайтхед (1861 – 1947). Придобива известност като архитект и организатор на международни научни дружества, проекти и публикации, посветени на творчеството на Уайтхед и глобалното значение на процесуалната философията. Получава образованието си в Белгия и САЩ, като основно публикува на английски и френски език.

Превеждан е на български, мандарин, румънски, руски и украински език.

Мишел Вебер учи приложна икономика и философия в Льовенския католически университет. Магистърската му теза е под ръководството на Жан Ладрие, изследваща епистомологичния статус на „антропния принцип“ в космологията в светлината на концепцията за теологията намираща се в творчеството на Аристотел, Тома Аквински и Имануел Кант.

От 1993 до 1995 г. е стипендиант в Центъра за процесионални науки в Клермонт, Калифорния (САЩ), където работи под ръководството на Джон Б. Коб-младши и Дейвид Рей Грифин.

През 1997 година защитава докторската си теза, Intuition pré-systématique et intuition ontologique chez Alfred North Whitehead. Euristique du pancréativisme de l’époque de Harvard (Pre-systematic Intuition and Ontological Intuition According to Alfred North Whitehead: The Heuristics of Pan-creativism in the Harvard Era), написана под ръководството на Марсел Грабе.

От 1997 до 2002 г. е научен сътрудник (membre coopté) в Centre de Logique de l’Institut supérieur de Philosophie (Льовенски католически университет). От 2001 до 2002 г. преподава философия в Centre de Logique de l’Institut supérieur de Philosophie. От 2002 до 2007 г. е научен сътрудник в Centre d’anthropologie philosophique de l’Institut supérieur de Philosophie (Льовенски католически университет).

През 2000 г. неговата монография La dialectique de l’intuition chez A. N. Whitehead. Sensation pure, pancréativité et onto-logisme (The Dialectic of Intuition in the Philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead: Pure Sensation, Pancreativity, and Onto-logism) е наградена с наградата на Белгийската кралска академия.

През 2000 г. Вебер създава с помощта на Франсоа Бийтс и Пол Гошет (Лиежки университет), Chromatiques whiteheadiennes и Whitehead Psychology Nexus, две научни общества, фокусирани върху изследвания на различните аспекти, нюанси и приноси на мисълта на Уайтхед. През 2001 г. създава European William James Project с Джак Барбалет (Лейчестърския университет), Хайме Нубиола (Университета на Навара) и починалия Тимати Л.С. (Emeritus Edinburgh).

През 2002 г. Вебер създава изследователските семинари „Chromatiques whiteheadiennes“ със съдействието на „Philosophies of Experience“ изследователски център в Нантския университет.

От 2009 г. насам Вебер е и обучен хипнотерапевт.

Вебер критикува съвременната академична философия заради прекъсната връзка с античната гръцка философия. Философията има практическа мисия (според дискурса на Сократ) да възстанови личното и общественото благополучие, но не може да го изпълни ако се откаже от своите традиционни метафизични задължение (отново според Сократ) за разбиране на Космоса.

Вебер смята, че процесуалната философия е уникално квалифицирана да изпълни тази двойна мисия в постмодерния свят.
